22 Auctions, 21 Artists, 8 weeks

With the addition of Ranked Auctions to the MakersPlace platform, the team wanted to create a large showcase featuring some of the best artists in the digital art world–artists that are established or are rising stars.

Ranked Auctions Showcase presents over 20 artists and auctions that will span the duration of 8 weeks.

Providing an exciting opportunity to collect phenomenal artworks from great artists, Ranked Auctions provides a fun method to acquire beautiful art while potentially making friends with other collectors in the space.

About

Rukmunal Hakim (b. 1983) is a self-taught artist and illustrator based in South Tangerang, Indonesia. He takes inspiration from all living, natural creatures and personal anecdotes in his visual artworks.

Born with the color blind condition do not stop him to keep creating and experimenting with artworks using color, both digital and traditional. But most of his artworks are well known with B/W and monochromatic until his artworks also included colors for the last 5 years.

Hendro Soetrisno
My name is Hendro Soetrisno, and I am an artist who brings vision to life through my fine art. All my creations are meticulously crafted by hand, devoid of any reliance on automatic processes. I am not just a photographer; I consider myself a visual storyteller and fine artist, turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.

I believe that every image I create should evoke a sense of awe and inspiration, taking my audience on a journey to a world they've never experienced before. To achieve this, I'm not afraid of spending months waiting for the right moment, and even dedicating over 100 hours to post-production for many of my works. During this thorough process, I refine every detail, ensuring that the final image matches the vivid scenes of my imagination.

My creative process is a passionate endeavor, marked by handcrafted precision and attention to detail. In the world of post-production, I experiment extensively with colors, shapes, and textures to create captivating visual narratives that stir emotions and ignite the viewer's imagination. Every image is a work of art that transcends the boundaries of reality and invites viewers to experience a world of wonder.

Drawing inspiration from the enchantment found in children's books and the mesmerizing allure of animations, I am constantly exploring the power of colors and shapes to convey emotions and tell stories. Countless hours of practice and refinement have gone into honing my craft, allowing me to create awe-inspiring and thought-provoking works of art that defy convention.

Through my artistic creations and keen observations of the world around me, my ultimate goal is to transport viewers to extraordinary worlds, where the boundaries of imagination and reality blur. With each artistic piece, I aspire to inspire and evoke a sense of wonder, leaving a lasting impression on those who engage with my work.

In my artistic journey, I invest my heart and soul into each step of the creative process. From envisioning the concept to capturing the perfect moment with my camera, I strive to capture the essence of the subjects in a way that transcends mere representation. The real magic happens during post-production, where I meticulously refine and enhance every aspect of the image, ensuring that it aligns with my artistic vision.

Colors play a pivotal role in my work. I see them as a language of emotions, capable of eliciting profound feelings and setting the mood of an image. With careful precision, I delicately manipulate hues, saturations, and contrasts, weaving a tapestry of vibrant tones that breathe life into my compositions. Through my thoughtful use of colors, I aim to create a visual symphony that resonates with viewers on a deep, emotional level.

Beyond the technical aspects, my fine art is driven by a desire to spark curiosity and ignite the imagination. I believe in the power of storytelling, and every image I create is infused with a narrative that invites viewers to embark on their own personal journey of interpretation. Whether it's capturing the essence of a fleeting moment, the majesty of the natural world, or the beauty found in the mundane, I seek to uncover hidden stories and share them with the world.

My artistic process is a labor of love and dedication. It requires patience, perseverance, and a constant thirst for growth. I am committed to pushing the boundaries of my creativity, continuously evolving as an artist, and finding new ways to express my unique perspective through my work.

Ultimately, my greatest joy comes from the connection forged between my art and those who experience it. I hope to transport viewers to extraordinary worlds, where the familiar becomes extraordinary and the ordinary becomes sublime. By sharing my artistic vision, I aim to inspire and awaken a sense of wonder in others, encouraging them to see the world through fresh eyes and embrace the beauty that surrounds us all.
