I've been obsessed by the UFO/Alien phenomenon for a long time. I've even witnessed numerous bizarre UFO sightings, one being an "Encounter of the 2nd Kind".
It has inspired me to continue this sci-fi series, with a whimsical touch. This futuristic scene depicts 'Alien Police Patrol units' on evening shift disable & capture a renegade UFO of two Aliens, who were outlawed from entering the District area.
