In the near future, manned autonomous vehicles will be ubiquitous, and the take off and landing vectors will only be visible to the users via vehicle displays, but invisible to witnesses on the ground. Vector Approach imagines those vectors and user interfaces as actual objects in space.

This forced perspective piece is huge. It maybe the largest determined light painting (vectorgraph) ever made. The two 400' high hexagons are the same size, the small one is just 2K' behind the first one. It was an 8 minute exposure with a 10 minutes flight time above the Buffalo Peaks Ranch, in Park County, Colorado. Polaris is just off the right shoulder of the foreground hexagon. Only one digital edition of this piece will be minted.
