The turquoise shades are so rich. May I ask about your process: what medium is (are) in play?
Thanks, Glitché is one of my favorite glitch-art apps as well. But I didn't use it for Vincent. I used a combination of mobile and desktop apps though. Sorry for not being able to get more into detail.
Sorry if not clear. When you mention ‘apps’ as in mobile apps? If so are you familiar with Glitché? If not look into it one of the more comprehensive generative art app.
Thanks for your feedback! Not sure, if I fully get (the last part of) your question. The work has been created fully digital and is based on the original self-portrait. I used several different apps and filters in the process. Hope that helps.
Hey @waynedale, Vincent can't be sold for less than the previous edition, which was $500. If you make it $501, I'd accept.
this art piece is amazing, but i feel as thou calling it Vincent gives it away... i looked at it over n over as a thumbnail, and then eventually i clicked on it, i was like "Aaaahh its Vincent". very slick.
I want to know if you do another piece with Einstein, from on of this famous photos. keep up the good work.
Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately the name is written in the blockchain and can't be changed anymore...
I recently did my first Einstein, but in a different style. I will have to check if these are already in the public domain. Further I don't feel such a deep connection to him like I do to Vincent. We'll see. Thanks again!
Epic! Love the flow!
Thanks for your appreciation :-)
Thanks everyone for the kind offers. Please be aware, that every edition of "Vincent" can only be sold for more, than the previous one. Thanks for understanding!
I should have waited for #21 (my lucky number), but I had a crush on this one. I was mesmerized by the piece when I first so it at Orsay. I got nostalgic 🥺.
Much thanks for your appreciation! It really makes me happy to see, how this piece receives a lot of love.
Also it was a close race, as someone was about to collect #20 just a few days ago. You could certainly also grab #21 and try to sell #20 on the secondary market ;-) The magic of this work is, that it can only get more expensive.
Anyways, I'm sure #20 will also bring you much joy and happiness (and luck).
Thanks again and enjoy!
Amazing !
Thank you!
👏👏
☺️🙏
Beautiful, a real compliment to Vincent, think he's proud to see you take him to the blockchain like this
Yay, thanks! I definitely hope he would have liked it.
Nice))
Awesome work!
Thanks a lot for your positive feedback and your purchase :-) Enjoy!
Woaw !!
Thanks for the kind feedback, Rare Designer :-)
nice art man.. love it!
Thanks a lot for your kind feedback, Cameron!
A masterpiece. Words don't do this magnificent piece justice. A true work of art, Joern!
When the edition is sold out, I eventually will add an animated AR layer to the piece...
An animated version of this would be really awesome to see ;)
