As a professional laptop refurbisher, I encounter thousands of defective computers a year, and I use the broken screens and faulty graphics processors that I find as filters to affect my photography. I load my photos onto defective machines and take pictures; then I repeat the process by loading the altered photographs onto multiple other laptops with different defects.

Through this unique layering process, and more recently additional processes involving polarization and the dissection of screens, I achieve absolutely original and one-of-a kind effects, bringing broken and "obsolete" laptops back to life by utilizing them as creative tools.

My photographs and installations have been displayed in shows around the world and featured by VICE Motherboard and other publications.
