A study of my favorite painting made by father, an artpiece remade as personal catharsis in front a certain hereditary spirit.
My father is one of the few that has influenced my city’s cultural and artistical movements. He also has been the kind of man that you usally love as artist, but end up forgetting as he forgets you because of his art.
This is “Personaje del tiempo” (or “Time character”), and that’s why it is my favorite one. It makes sense as how you see yourself, son of someone who tried, son of trying, son of hoping, son of let things pass.
So I decided to remake it.

Wow, this is an epic piece, love the way it comes out of the frame, it’s very intriguing and really just holds my focus. The abstract feel the rich and bright colors and light marbled background! Like I said Epic! Would love to own this one!
