Love Me 1963 collection

A tribute to the anamorphic lens by this name, the quartet of Kulig’s signature Love Me Smilies expand and contract together to original music by his long-time friend and co-collaborator Stretch Armstrong.

This experience is the first expression of the series Love Me 1963 featuring intentionally overly simplified animations for the emerging NFT market as a call to reframe the past through a present lens of self-realization and universal love. 1963 marks the year Martin Luther King delivered his “I Have A Dream” speech at the March on Washington, the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the first woman to travel into space cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, the introduction of the audio cassette, and Pop Art gaining national notoriety under artists Andy Warhol and Jasper Johns.
