This illustration was created for traditional Chinese festivals. This festival is called Dragon Heads-raising Day. It is the beginning of spring ploughing and the beginning of spring in a year. There are elements of the shape of a Chinese dragon, clouds, swallows and the sun. Unlike Western culture, the dragon symbolizes auspiciousness and good luck in China, and the Chinese dragon is also a rain god. Therefore, the name of this festival, the dragon looked up, and the water sprayed from the dragon mouth turned into rain. The color of the picture I chose gray-green, which represents spring and rain. Other elements, swallows and soft color of sun are also symbols of spring.
