The Pawn.
This token represents a chess piece from the CHESS OF HALFY.

The Pawn unit is embodied by a group of three, a peasant and two worker soldiers. Each of them have their own strenghts and weaknesses. Therefore they have to act together as a unit. These soldiers will give their lives in order to be victorious. The concept of sacrafice is impersonated by the beheaded soldier, who is still ready to give it all. Nevertheless every single one of them knows of the importance of sacrifice and comradery. The idea of union is portrayed by the hammer and sickle, where the hammer represents the workers and the sickle represents the peasants on one person.

Their physical disability and lack of sight expresses the importance that one fighter alone is insignificant, but as a collective they are an integral part which can lead them to victory. This is their unique power. The combination of individual awareness, coordinated defense, and loyal sacrifice is what makes the pawn a threat on the battlefield. This concept must be also applied from a single pawn unit to other pawns on the battlefield as well. When the collective moves in triangular formation as illustrated, they will unlock their full potential and become the wall of death.
