Two years ago I soldered surface mounted LEDs on spiral shaped brass rods and made them automatically light up with this Python script - every time someone liked a picture on my friend’s social media account the LEDs would light up. This web scraper is one of my favorite and hackiest scripts that I’ve done for my online projects. I believe that code is often overlooked so I’ve decided to turn it into an audio-visual piece. In this piece you can watch me interpreting how I initially programmed it by retracing my steps and recording myself programming. I hope you enjoy it.

P.S. I'VE NEVER SHARED THIS CODE BEFORE
