Cooking ,... hmmmm... yes ... I have a love and hate relationship with thou!

Somedays I love it - the prep , the smell - can't get enough and I will meticulously do things ..well.. most things except the spices - that is always little bit of this and little bit of that ...and go with the flow ..

And then there are days I am - how does the food get over so quickly !! I have to cook again ?... add to that those annoying recipes - "you have to finely chop this and thinly slice that "! Why can't I throw stuff in there and cook ?...

And then there is the fact that after a cooking spree I hate eating ... I can't eat ...the smell , look, taste everything bothers me ..

I also like to work with odd perspectives - I love odd angles , unusual takes.. sharp edges at unexpected places and also messes - I love messes - in one sentence - I like imperfections and surprises an little adventures.
