In recent months I have directed my art towards integrating static photographic images with my own art, often animating the result. This surreal piece is based on part of an intriguing museum photograph by, and with the kind permission of, Jose Antonio Gallego Vazquez.

In the final composite image, the features of the broken marble bust have become partially draped by one of my pastel digital flower pieces. The delicate watering brings forth new growth and provides a gentle, yet thought provoking, animated image.
