In them she travels to a mysterious forest where she can speak clearly with the native creatures, sometimes even turning into one of them herself! These experiences are so vivid that even her mom and stepdad cannot convince her that this colorful world is just part of her active imagination.

One dark, moonless night she is awakened by a figure in her room, The Night Wizard, who sets in motion a grand adventure filled with magical quests, mysterious potions, and the seemingly impossible task of befriending a poison-scaled dragon called Crotox.
