A rare sight indeed. they say, that sometime you will find these rare "Electric Forest Fish" when someone finds a rare pearl moon and returns it to its underwater world, then they appear for a few hours a day at the most!
So seeing these Electric Forest Fish is super rare... As the rare pearl moon only appear once or twice a year.
It really something else as they only live in certain type of forest beside beaches.
