Are you going to except my offer
Placing offers and purchasing directly are too different transactions. When you put a piece on sale all prices are in ETH so they fluctuate a lot. Mike's offer is placed by credit card so it's a set US Dollar amount that's why the bid is above the asking price. Mike, you should be able to just purchase this piece directly for below your offer price by just purchasing it rather than placing an offer.
