The Watchful Forest, which oversaw everything in the many worlds. Looking thought an eye of a tree could reveal many things: the past, the future and all other realities. Each eye was different and held a piece of the bigger picture. However, the knowledge came at a huge risk, for looking through a wrong one could reveal a truth too heavy to bear for a soul. Something that should stay unknown, never shared or else it would shatter the curious mind forever.

This was a realm hidden between sleep, dreams and nightmares of infinite possibilities. The magic here was dormant, but always fluctuating, waiting to be discovered. With each person, the magic took a different form, so it could fulfill their true purpose.

This was also the realm of deeper knowledge, the subconscious thoughts and ideas yet to be though of. The past and the future intermingled together creating the current flow of the so the called “now”. The governing rules of reality here were unknown and it was impossible to study accurately, for the words had a different meaning here. This place could not be understood with reason, the enlightenment could be achieved by following a well attuned intuition, a primary guide to greatness or the disaster.

This wasn’t the first time the hero found her way here, but this was the first time she was here of her own accord. Previously she didn’t even know this place was real, or what it really was, as she thought it was just a figment of her imagination, her dreams.

In the distance she heard singing unlike she ever heard before. She didn’t know the words, but she somehow knew their meaning.

The hero reached a clearing, where she finally found the monument that she was looking for, The Eye of the World. However, she also saw a hooded figure approaching the Monolith, knowing instantly that something was off. She didn’t dare approach yet, for this could be a warning omen. She had to be patient and evaluate the situation carefully. Moments later the hooded figure paused and turned to face the hero.
