Gorgon’s head is a representation of a physical art object that is integrated into Kyiv (Ukraine) environment. The flight over the bridge was filmed back in the summer of 2021 in Kyiv, when the sky was calm and peaceful.

The artwork brings up the topic of digital addiction in a modern world, where human attention has become a commodity.
Attention is sold and bought.
Every day social media algorithms learn user behavior and become smarter. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter… All these giants share a common profit-oriented business model. Attention mining has become an incredibly profitable business. All of that results in society polarization, fake news, digital dependency (including among children), election hacking etc.
In 2020, the American filmmaker Jeff Orlowski directed an excellent documentary The Social Dilemma. Highly recommended.
