A companion piece to my earlier Jessica Jones painting. Both of these illustrations represent my recent obsession with gloomy cityscapes and hard highlights, and I had a lot of fun painting in each of the little lit windows in the various buildings in Matt Murdock's backyard. I also had no idea how I was going to make decent-looking rain before I started working on this animation, so I'm pretty happy it turned out the way it did.
